Replacement and Return Policy

Our company's replacement and refund policy applies as follows:

The product must be in a new resale condition

All parts, accessories and original packaging must be included

Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Some products are non-returnable such as personal products and others.

The purchase invoice must be submitted.

In the event of the discovery of defects in the industry must be photographed product and sent to technical support immediately after receipt for replacement or retrieval.

The product must be replaced or retrieved within 14 days of receipt if it exists

Defects in the industry and must be in its original state upon receipt from the representative of our company.

In the case of the use of personal care products or products of a sensitive nature, the product shall be recovered in consideration of the nature of the product.

If the product is returned or replaced, any discounts or offers of ownership will be canceled

This amount will be deducted from your refund.


The invoice amount is refunded in the same way as the payment.

Please be advised that we are a broker rather than a manufacturer of products.

If you have any complaints about the product within 24 hours of receiving it, please contact our technical support service directly

If you do not receive any complaints during this period, the product will not be refunded.
